Moore County Fire Marshal Ken Skipper announced in a press release just after Noon on Friday: "Moore County Public Safety E-911 Center has lost the ability to receive calls from normal 911-lines. We are currenty working with the telephone company to resolve the issue. Citizens can still contact E-911 using (910)947-2911."
